I am pleased to report that Dr. Gabrielle Allen as a PI from LSU, has successfully been awarded an 2.7 Million NSF Grant led by the University of Kentucky,with $600K coming to LSU.

It also involves faculty from Chemistry and Physics from LSU. Other sites are the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, Texas Advanced Center for Computation, and the Ohio State University.

The title of the project is, "GridChem: CyberInfrastructure for Computational Chemistry."
