The Sensor Network Research Group which in collaboration with the CCT has been involved in research in Sensor Networks which if used effectively could be a boon for mankind. From Early Warning Systems to Tracking Terrorists we have an enormous use of Sensor Technology. A great tool which helps in Research at LSU is a Simulator developed by the Sensor Network Research Group, the SENSIM.
